    If you are looking for affordable and comfortable chair with awesome back and head rest, look no further!

    The the backrest is shaped to support your back after the head rest is detachable to provide extra support for your back. You can adjust and tilt the angle of the chair and lock it at your preferred position, just like how you create your own seating position in some cars. :D

    Its not as bulky as it seems so it will fit nicely for those who have small room spaces.

  • It's a Plastic Chair Let Down By Poor Customer Service

    The chair is made from plastic, especially the back and neck support. The fear is plastic will oxidize over time, so durability is suspicious. The delivery man failed to assemble the chair in the correct way on his first attempt. The company was quick to follow up when the defect was reported. However, the second appointment to have the defect rectified was marred with poor customer service attitude from both the delivery team and the customer service officer manning the hotline.

    The delivery team gave themselves a 2-hour allowance so that customer was put on stand by mode awaiting their grand arrival. However, they were quick to leave the customer's place after a couple of missed calls or when they received no answer from their feeble knocks on the door. The CSO manning the hotline was more zealous in pointing out the customer's "faults" when reacting to the situation than responding to customer's needs.

    The company would do well to revamp the customer service to show more patience and concerns for customers who purchased products online. The CSO is the FACE of the company when something goes wrong. You need somebody who is patient and tactful, not belligerent.
