Overall I am satisfied with this product. Really value for money.
Some small not-so-satisfied details:
- The wheel is not so smooth compared to other chairs.
- The look-and-feel in real life is not as fancy as in the illustration photo. Corners are not carefully crafted.
- Sometimes there is weird noise (from some kind of spring somewhere) when I change my sitting position -
Worth the price
Decided to buy this chair despite some bad reviews. Chair turns out not too bad for the price. Seat cushion is slightly thin so we add with another seat cushion and all is well. Back rest is comfortable, and the sliding is good.
Overall a good buy. Will buy again. -
Great price for the product
I have no complaints for the product for the money i am paying as compared to the competition.

Relatively ergonomic for the price
Ingenious design for the headrest. You can swivel it down and use it as a back rest/lumbar support. The plastic used is not of great feel and finishing but looks like it will last. Not those easy to crack type.

The chair quality is good except the wheels, the wheels are not smooth to roll or move about.

It is just ok for the price paid. Quality is average, overall material is the cheap type of plastics, the back and arm base support are not stable (thin base, like can be broken easily). The cushion is thin and hard. Does not really have the ergonomic design.
