Loose connection on the chair
Cheap chair . Back rest very loose ,unable to tighten . Very uncomfortable

Customer Service is Superb - Reliable Store!
This chair is so comfortable and feels great for my back. Its so good my brother tried to steal it many times. I had bad posture sitting and caused the backing of the chair to slant slightly to the right. Although this was not a big issue and did not affect comfort levels, i was very anal and tried my luck to see if it could be fixed. After sales service is so amazing, they came down to help me fix the chair and even brought a new one just in case it could not be fixed. They even went to extra lengths to ensure that the chair wont have the same issue again. The two maintenance guys were amazing, one held the chair in midair during repair so that the headrest won't touch the ground. I'm speechless with this fortytwo store - I cannot wait to fill my future home with their furniture selection.

Chair
The edges of the metal are pretty rough. Have often cut my leg due to it. Overall chair does not feel that comfortable as well.

A little feedback.
The head rest cannot be pushed into the slot easily.
There is some rattling on the upper portion.

Slightly different than expectes but all good
The colours are of the cushion are slightly more dull in the real product, probably because of the lighting. Material was slightly different than expected but overall, it is of a good quality. (:

Old chair
This is a bad quality chair, the screws were rusty and the arm handle broke off just after one day sitting on it, we are waiting for the refund but we will still have to pay for the delivery charge, the head rest also kept dropping down

Loving the Aiko. Everything looks durable. Happy with how I can fix the incline of the back rest! Height of head rest fits me fine. (:
