Moderate value for money
The headrest can be upright, folded down to be an additional backrest, or it can also be removed totally. In theory, this is a great design feature. However, the quality of the workmanship is not strong. The headrest often drops by itself, or is susceptible to dropping upon accidental light knocks. The wheels don't provide very smooth movement, and the seat cushion is slightly thin, but the backrest recline allowance is generous. Friendly and helpful delivery staff.

Somewhat satisfied
I bought a set before...not realizing the back part loosen/wobble less than a few months...somewhat disappointed...called customer service and was told will sent someone down..after he reviewed,he say unable to repair..will get it replace

Good but can be improved.
The comfort of the chair was there and easy to use. However, the material for the cushion was a little rough. The wheels need to be improved on its movement.

The response to my order for this chair was immediate and the delivery was at the selected time with no problems.
I bought this chair to use in my home office and it has performed well being comfortable and strong. I have to spend long periods in the office and the chair remains comfortable the whole time. The colours and materials provide a good looking addition to the office. -
Compact & sturdy
Product fits well in our small study. The seat is made up of a firm & sturdy material. Not as soft as other chairs out there, but provides firm support.
