Titus Dining Chair Walnut with Dark Grey Cushion
Ordered 2 chairs for my mom but one was defective with shaky centre backrest and chip at the bottom left leg. Informed fortytwo and received a quick response from Ash Far to arrange for new replacement chair to be delivered. Replacement chair was delivered within 3 days but it came with missing screw covers. Informed fortytwo again and Ash Far arranged for the missing screw covers to be delivered and fixed onto the chair. Thanks for the quick customer service recovery efforts although it is preferred that the chairs were delivered in good condition in the first place.

Value for money
This chair is highly recommended, it is sturdy, lovely colours, width is wide enough and is comfortable. The chair blends nicely with my dinning table and a 180m table can fit 6 of this chair nicely. Highly recommend!

Lovey Chair
The chair is perfect for my dinning table as the colors blends well. The chair is sturdy and comfortable to sit on, the width is also wide and the cushion feels comfortable. The delivery guys even help us to place anti scratch proof patch on the legs of the chair. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dining chair.

Installation at-site requires quality checks
Product itself is good but the delivery guys had to rush through resulting in a few middle seat being unaligned and was told it's the product. I asked for re-doing and it was done. Still, a few misalignments remain, nothing major as of now as I use them.
