Happy with the buy!
The chair is broad and sturdy and looks nice! It has a lower backrest compared to the usual dining chairs so it was something we needed to get used to but overall happy with our buy. There were issues with 2 of the chairs that were delivered earlier but customer service was efficient to do a one-to-one exchange so all good in the end.

Good chairs
Nice wood. Good quality. Cushion seat is cloth so might get dirty if food drops on it. Good service from the delivery team. Replaced a slightly faulty chair with no fuss and very quick to do so. Very impressed by the service!

Disappointed
The product review in general seems good in term of quality and outlook however upon receiving the items, products default. Such as the individual chair the screw came off and scratches. Initally was informed 1 chair but after a wk, all 6 chairs are faulty. Indeed is selling at a good price BUT what is the point if we get a default chairs. We paid for it tho and not getting as reject items.
