The unboxing was easy and quick, it took like 10 seconds or less for the mattress to puff up fully, though some crease on the side of fabric can be seen. It's ok for me because it gets hidden under the sheets anyway. The mattress felt very soft at first, I was contemplating on activating the 100day trial return but it is true as other reviews had said, it got firmer. Everything's good so far. Firmness is just right for me, gives enough support for my frame ( I am 48kg), not too warm to sleep on and best of all, the product is pocket-friendly. I may be getting one for my mum too.
