Overall quality of the mattress is relatively good in terms of the materials used.
The support is great (not too hard, not too soft) and getting off the mattress is a breeze. Although we can't really compare or compete with established brands like Tempur, I would consider the quality and support of the haylee amazing as the cost is merely a fraction of those offered by leading brands in the market.

Mattress seems soft from the start but gets firmer when you get use to it. Overall worth the money paid!
