Comfortable chair
Very comfortable chair. I love it. Better than another model we bought from FortyTwo. Probably the best in this price range.

Dissatisfied Purchase
I understand I couldn't expect much for a $109 chair. But the condition of the product arrived was in a terrible condition. The chrome plated on the base had a large part torn off and there are visible small scratches everywhere. The installer didn't even bother to put on the cover for the base ( I only realized there's a cover for the welded joint when they exchange for it ). The new exchange had one of the roller stuck and unable to move smoothly. I had to replace it with a old roller from my old chair. As for the size of chair, it's much smaller and not suitable for any heavy weight person. The small base built around 55cm (compare to 65cm for a executive chair I had previously) makes it hard to move the chair around. The flip down head rest though was a plus that help act as back support, but once it was flip up, it causes a strain to the back as your back is resting on the protruding hard plastic (between the 2 back support) due to it badly padded cushion. The chair was already making some clinking sound (don't know from where though) just after 3 weeks of use. Generally very dissatisfied with the product and but have to admit their online support is responsive. I don't understand how FortyTwo strong emphasis on their quality control process can result in such faulty products being delivered to end consumer.

Value for $ office chair
Firm cushions and generally good product for the price point. Finishing is a bit rough. And rollers can be improved

Relying on You
The head support and its ability to change it to a back support gave me the absolute push to grab this!
The actual experience was as visualised in the mind, a definite recommendation for people who are picky with their work chair! -

The edges of the legs are v sharp & cut our feet. The head rest does not stay when we tilt it up.

Product was delivered as described. The headrest which can be converted into a backrest is super useful. I am loving my purchase!

Great value
Found THE chair that you can sit comfortably for long hours of work, with the necessary headrest and also the flexibility for added back support. The wheels might be a bit hard to swivel around (not sure cause it's still new) and it might have too much of plastic on to be consider luxurious looking, but really, for the price and the features, it's perfect!

Comfortable Chair Seating
The chair cushion is extremely comfortable. However, the head rest might be required some improvements on the construction part.
