Have stain. But good customer service
Have changed to orange color as all the blue color chair (Include replaccement) have stain.

Bad decision
This chair makes loud creaking noise when I move. Also, the build quality looks very poor. Not sure it will last for long. Should have bought an IKEA chair even if it costs more.

Decent quality for the price
This is a decent chair at this price, easy to move around due to flexible wheels. However, the headrest keeps coming out. The chair quality is good and very useful and easy to use adjustable backrest and seat height.

Versatile and good quality
The head rest can be bent down and put as back support. Chair also auto locked while seated to prevent topple over. Great design and good quality.

Good value for money
Everything is good in this seat. Just that the chrome metal base has really sharp edges which could cut my feet. Should debur it.

good and comfortable - affordable price
Did not find any issues so far. Delivered on time. If ordered to directly to home, seems like no need ask them to fix the chair. Overall, Happy to purchase from 42 store.

Budget chair
As mention by most, the leg will cut. the end edge of the leg where the wheels are attach is not file smooth.
If you have a tendency of leaning to a side, you will somehow feel the chair will take shape (side) to where you are leaning.
Do not have the feeling that it will last couple of years, unlike previous chair which i bought at c***ts for a discount, lasted me 8 yrs. I wont need to buy another if not for the leather which peeled off.
Good enough for kids or light weight.
For me (86kg), everytime i sit, it need to be lightly, if not, you can hear wood cracking sound, even though the wood seat support is about 1cm thick. -
