Really nice sofa, we are truly satisfied.
It's a nice piece of furniture, only needs a bit leather shine to make it stand out. Really satisfied with the service n the crew who delivered the sofa was really fast n professional.

Nice Item but not what I ordered
Initially ordered bovina 3 + 2 seater in dec 2013 & to be delivered on 20 jan 2014. Total shock when delivery men informed my dad's maid that they can only deliver the 3 seater because the 2 seater was found to be damaged. So, they wanted me to accept the benjamin 3 seater instead. Either there is no esthetic views from the people who came up with this idea or they simply has no respect for the customer. No ample notice given. I went to my dad's place to set matter right. Seems that the procurement dept never keep extra set for contingency issue. To improvise, we decided to take the 3+2 benjamin seater to replace the bovina seater. The cost/discount is not what I am looking for since what I ordered, I expect to get what I want.
