The product is a great value for money product, compact, nice looking. However it’s not very comfortable. The service and delivery time is fantastic.

Im was actually expecting to see a "so-so" quality of the sofa base on the price.... It exceeded my expectation when i received the sofa and am very happy about it.
I have actually spread the words to my friends about forty-two... many claim they know but are not sure if the quality is good!
Now they have seen it and are starting to visit your website!
By the way, am looking at the study table & chair for my daughter... it's already in my shopping cart...

Less-than-satisfactory experience
My apologies for this less-than-satisfactory feedback. This may be a majestic-looking piece, but it falls short on comfort in the area of the seat which sinks when sat on. A harder seat would have done the job. The seat (height) is not ideally designed for people with longer legs. The seat is way too low for the comfort of my family (we are pretty above-average in height and definitely are not six footers !). The back rest is fortunately ok. Am actually very disappointed with the purchase but there is nothing much I can do now except to appreciate its majestic look. I have already given my feedback via email. I must say the customer support has been very responsive, especially to my request to have the stains issue resolved. Thanks. Amanda
