Had ordered for my office and got them delivered promptly as planned. Chairs are large and very comfortable.

Ideal for large frames but not comfort
The chair appears and feel well made - sturdy and taut, but the firmness (rated 7/10 in its description) is too stiff to be comfortable. The width and depth of the seat is extra wide/deep so it's not suitable for smaller framed people. I returned it as it has a defect and the return procedure was smooth and fuss free. I bought the Ardelia instead.

Good material, faulty rollers
Good and comfortable faux leather. Good size and sturdy. Rollers are faulty, not able to roll smoothly.
