A good bunk bed for kids
The bunk bed is short at below 1.5m, which suits us perfectly as we didn't want such a high bunk bed for our young kids. Plus, our house ceiling is not that high, so it works out well. The wood material is strong and very nice design, plus affordable.
We were worried the height from the mattress to the top for the lower bed would be too short/low and my kid would hit his head if he got up. But it was okay and it fitted his height perfectly. So this is something to take note of.
The mattress is super springy and I can feel the springs from the mattress. As adults, we are not used to it, but my kids are still young and lightweight, so they are fine with it. It's like a bouncy trampoline for them. I added a mattress pad for extra cushioning.
Overall, my kids love the bunk bed/mattress. Happy kids sleeping on their own beds = happy parents who now have their own beds to themselves.
