Small, cheap table that wobbles
We bought the Venn foldable study desk because the size and color fit perfectly with our room. The appearance is exactly what we wanted. However the table legs are flimsy and they noticeably wobble. For the cheap price I guess that’s what you would expect.

I asked for an exchange because there were a slight defects. CS was quick to respond n exchange within 2-3days. Kuddos. But table was not so sturdy. So 3 star it is.

Quality control from manufacturer could be better
Forty two offered one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.
I ordered a few items including a programmable electric adjustable table and a foldable desk among others.
The website was easy to navigate, and payment was a breeze. Once the order was placed, I received an email acknowledgement almost instantly.
Then on the day of delivery, I got a sms informing me of the estimated delivery time. This allowed me to better plan my schedule and saved me from having to wait around for the delivery. The delivery partners were very professional and polite. They even called to let me know they were on the way prior to reaching my place. They helped to assemble the two desks. The programmable one was swiftly done up and I had expected the foldable desk to be easier. However the professional spotted a defect and quickly alerted me and informed the office via their online system. Before the delivery partners left, I received a call from the office confirming the defective order, and arranged for a replacement.
Even though the foldable desk cost much less than my other desk, I was delighted that the delivery partners treated the assembly of each piece with pride and professionalism.
The excellent service didn't just end there! As they went back to examine all the available pieces for replacement, they realised that the whole batch had the same issue. They called, apologised and offered a refund. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get the foldable desk I ordered but this doesn't take anything away from the top-notch service I had received!
