It is a great pillow but might be slightly too soft for me. However aside from that it is really comfortable, was able to sleep well every night.

Works as advertised
The softness is just nice and it encourages correct sleeping posture . My neck is very relieved and no more neck pains!

Great memory-foam pillow
Great quality. Don't feel hot after lying on it after a while. Bit pricey.

Too soft
Bought if for my father. He complaint too soft, his head will sink in when sleep on it.
