Movers were fast in setting up the bed frames and taught us how to care for the product. However they could only speak Mandarin Chinese so would be good to perhaps have one person who could speak English for non-Chinese customers.

This Kylan queen bed frame is absolutely beautiful in colour and most importantly sturdy. Value for money. The purchasing process to delivery and assembly of the bed frame is seamless. They fixed the bed frame in no time and the delivery personnel is very friendly. Highly recommend this product!

Pretty Bed frame
The frame is high enough to vacuum below. It will be even better if it is longer, say 2-2.1m. I am almost 1.8m so my leg kind of touching the edge of the mattress. Nevertheless, it is a nice and pretty bed!

Although there was a delay on the mattress ordered, fortytwo team was able to notify me in advanced and arranged to push back the bed delivery so it matched the mattress. The delivery guys were professional and quick at assembling the bed.
The bed is sturdy and made with good materials. The velvet also looks good. Very satisfying purchase! -
