Overall ok but could not lock while in tilted position
I hoped to get an office chair that could recline to replace my semi-spolit chair but unfortunately this chair could not lock when it is in tilted position. It could only lock when it is upright.
To the credit of FortyTwo's staff, they processed my return request without any fuss. Thanks! Really appreciate your great customer service! -
