This item was purchased as a gift for family and the person loved it. As working from home continues to remain as default working style, good chairs are very important for our body all day long. Family member is very happy with this chair, though it is on the pricey end. Thank you.

Satisfied Overall
It was a pleasant surprise that the product was installed for me as I did not indicate it during my order. Product is satisfactory overall but after a month or so of use, it makes a creeking sound with some movement of the chair.

Great chair for its price
Got this chair recently and I must say that it is very good for its price. It provides great lumbar support and the mesh back keeps it from getting warm. It is overall very comfortable.
On the negative side there are 3 main points. 1) The chair height is adjustable but to a very small degree. I lower it to my preferred height. 2) The head rest is too far back when sitting in a standard posture. You will need to lean back quite a bit to reach it. 3) The armrests are a little too low for me.
For reference I am a 181cm tall male.
