The chair meets our expectation.

Looks good but not comfy
Aesthetically pleasing but not comfortable. The mechanics is simple and the chair is basic. Unfortunately, the guys who installed this chair upon delivery was non-communicative. I don't know what the levers meant or whether the chair can be adjustable. No paper instructions nor manual was given (or whether there's any at all). Will try to return this product. Extremely disappointed with the product and delivery service.
