Customer service saved the day
The delivery service was a mess:
- first time, there was something wrong with one of the parts and it cannot be assembled;
- second time, the assembly team did a lousy job assembling it and even damaged it;
- third time, with a new assmbling team, the job was finally completed, as per my expectations.
The customer service was very professional, taking note of my complaints and finding solutions! -
Atwell Small Display Shelf
The product is very strong and sturdy. The legs are adjustable for better stability. It is not shaky at all. Great for small electrical appliances like coffee maker. The size is perfect for different things. The varied shelf heights recognize that not all items are of same height, some taller, some shorter, and these can be neatly arranged. The highs and lows of shelves also add an interesting dimension to overall view.
