Product came with 2 shelves slightly damaged. Customer service was nice to provide discount for the damaged as it was the last piece thus no exchange could be done for the same shelf. The design and appearance is satisfactory.

If you have small children, you might want to consider securing it to the wall as the product is a little wobbly. But other than that its great for the price point. Large panels for storage and looks nice
