Product Finishing Quality
My dining set was delivered on raining day, chairs all wet and were stacked without any packaging or protection. Might be because of that found many scratched mark around most of the chairs, although table came with packaging still can find dented mark and scratches around table side. After feedback customer service staff agreed to exchange but need to wait one month later yet to know when ?
Do have many other items to order from fortytwo but worry how the quality standard of other fortytwo products.
Overall, my first experience with fortytwo product is not good. Yet to see if the replacement dining set quality conditions can change my perception towards your product quality standard. -
