Excellent Service Recovery by FortyTwo Team
A day after the bed installation, one of the main planks started cracking where the ladder was. I sent pictures and feedback to the FortyTwo team and they immediately arranged for a 1-to-1 exchange. I didn't have the time to wait for disassembly and assembly of a new bed, and requested for a replacement of only the cracked plank. The customer service found a time that fitted my schedule and the service crew came and did the replacement in 15 mins. Overall, communication with the FortyTwo team was pleasant and painless!
I love the colour and design of this bed. Product quality-wise, I'd recommend it for lighter and more agile individuals. After all, it is a lightweight wooden bed frame. To increase sturdiness, align the long side against a wall, or put some furniture under the bed. -

So very easy!
The bed is clean and neat. There’s a little bit or wobble in the frame, but that’s to be expected. Try attaching to the wall. The under space is flexible and very exciting.
The crew installed it for us! Soooooo nice!
