Not as comfortable as expected
I read many reviews on the other website before decided to purchase the chair for my home office. It's decent and okay comfortable, but not as comfortable as some other reviewers have said in some of their reviews. Not the best chair ever, it's decent enough. The chair is not very breathable, so it's actually quick hot if you sit on it for a long time. The arm is only height-adjustable, instead of swivelling in and out. The pillows are needed. They added to the comfort of the chair. The pillows were missing from the original delivery, but after contacting FortyTwo customer service and reported the missing pillows, they delivered them to me later. Though, it took two separate deliveries to finally got both the neck and lumbar pillow. So, in total it took three deliveries for me to get the full chair. Regardless, I'm happy with FortyTwo's customer service, they rectified the issue of missing pillow both times quickly. Five stars for FortyTwo's customer service, but only four stars for the chair.

No Regrets
It's unbelievable what I got for this (promotional) price, compared with other office chairs, and with the other more-renowned brand of gaming chairs (initials are SL). I've tried the popular made-in-Korea chairs. I also use an SL chair in my office. So I'm really in a position to compare quality and value for money. As for this chair's long-term durability, only time will tell, especially the foam and PU leather. But I'm quite confident.
Room for improvement: there should be a way to attach the separate lumbar cushion to the chair back, at my desired height. Currently, I'm using double-sided/mounting tape for that purpose. My lower back needs support, not my upper bum.
Minor complaint: the armrests swivel at the lightest touch; the click-lock is not tight enough.
Overall, a fantastic buy! You don't need to be a gamer to buy this chair. I'm not. -

Overall the product is good n feels durable.
What needs to change is the arm rest as it gets easily shifted. Probably a locking mechanism to arm rest would be helpful.

Not upto expectation
This chair firmness is not really upto the 8/10. its kind of soft...and pretty "Warm" after sitting it for awhile. The annoying part is the arm-rest where i couldnt lock it, whenever i gets up and hold down the arm-rest, it'll shift position(left/right).
