Sturdy yet comfy chair!
I was looking around for a replacement for my dining chairs as they were old and broke. Looked for a good cushion and height that is suitable for my family height. First impression was, prompt delivery and quick free installation too! There's also a detailed measurement pic that is very close to the actual product so that helped in my buying process. It is sturdy too which helps prevent the chair from moving around easily. Although the chair was not fully grounded (due to manufacturing), this was solved by pasting round 3M stickers on the chair legs which was done during installation. I also had to buy chair covers to prevent stains on the chair cloth. Overall, my family is happy with the product!

Dining Chair
Inner Cushion might not be lasting. Used for least than 1 month, inner cushion seems to have soften, not as firm.

Happy with the purchase!
My husband and myself are very glad that the chairs blend in nicely with our existing glass top table:) The chair height was perfect and come with well cushioned seats.
However, the first installation was half done as the delivery guys said they didn't bring screws for 2 chairs so they arranged another installation. But the 2nd installation guys said the screws were already there in the first delivery, so we were confused. Did the first team not complete the installation bcoz they want to leave fast for their next job?! funny....
Anyway, Joel from customer service was very polite and apologetic for the hiccup. Was nice to give us an exchange for the torn cloth cover for one of the chairs. Thank you. -
