Faulty Chair
It was said to be a pre-assembled chair, but when it reached my residences, the headrest was not connected to the body. i was unable to attach the headrest to the chair as it is very loose and drops with the slightest shake. I bought two chairs and both are defect. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and was very excited to sit on it once it arrived. However, your customer service crew was very responsive and helpful as they sent down someone to take photos of the defect and proposed some solutions such as full refund or exchange and i am very happy and satisfied with the customer service. I hope this would be a one-time issue and won't happen again.

Having wfh for 1.5 years and being desk bound, investing in a good chair is really impt! Glad I found youuuuu (pink chair) and it’s in a pretty shade of pink + it’s comfy for petite-sized :)
