Faulty product

Product comes in a box. Fixed by the delivery guy. Product was found to be faulty (the spring) after checking and testing the chair. So have to be returned and make an exchange for a new one which i have to wait cause shipment is delayed till 26 March 2019. Hope the new one will be in deliver in good condition.
