Better quality than I expected
When I ordered this foam mattress, I was expecting something a bit more flimsy and less thick.
Pleasantly surprised to find it is actually a very good quality product. It provides good support for the body, despite it being only a foam mattress (vs a spring mattress).
The price is very competitive, too.

Good mattress
Good mattress height for elderly parents but still a little sunken for them to lie on hence a little hard to get off the bed. Had to put a firmer futon on top but thats the elders preferences. It was comfortable for the younger ones. Great quality.

Prompt delivery and professional friendly staff
The delivery man kept to the timing between 11am and 2pm. He helped to pull out the wooden plank wirh rollers which is placed underneath the bedframe and put the mattress on it. He pushed both the wooden plank rollers and mattress to back underneath the bedframe to test if the mattress is of the right height and size. He left with a smile after ensuring everything is fine. Thank you for the prompt delivery and friendly staff.
Though we have not slept on the mattress which is meant for guest, we firmly believe it will last long as it looks study and firm.
Will purchase other products from Forty-two again!
