Low quality
This is a beautiful looking chair. Unfortunately a few days of using, something at the bottom of the chair broke. Had the chair replaced with a new one. A few days after that replacement, the chair gone a bit creaky and I'm afraid it might break again.
The customer service is fantastic unfortunately the product is unusable. I had to ask for a return and refund.
It's a pity that this is such a low quality product because I love their customer support.

Beautiful chair that can be improved
Loved the looks and quality of the chair.
Seat a bit hot when seated for longer than 5 min.
Satisfaction affected as one of the screws were defective and had to be replaced. Took almost 5 days in total for the replacement screw.
