Great service
Received item with scratches on the plastic the 1st time round. However, delivery staffs spotted the defect and helped to arrange for an exchange of the product. Fantastic service by the delivery crew.

I like it!
Love this rocking chair in my baby's room, but delivery man installed incorrectly (longer leg in the front) so i had to dismantle and change it myself.

When deliver the seat was damage but the staff very professional to take it back and get it replaced within 2 days.

oalo black rocking chair
service was excellent.
only notice after 2days of delivery the chair had a deep scratches on upper seat. not sure if during assembly it was scratched by drill or screws.
