Hydraulic pump doesn’t work
Customer service is currently supporting me In getting the hydraulic pump to work. Must say that the customer service is excellent as someone called me at 6 pm on a Sat when my email was sent around 4.30 pm on the very day.
Bed is really tall but steady. -

Value for money!
I love the height and storage space! The frame color matches my room interior very well. The hydraulic system is very good. It is not difficult to lift it up and put it down despite having the mattress on top. It balances the weight.
The material is awesome! For this price, others thought i paid thousands for it! <3 -
Viala Faux Leather Storage Bed

Delivery: Came on time
Assembly was done by them and was pretty straightforward.
Build and Quality: All sides with headboard had no misalignment. Definately needs to aired especially the storage compartment. The downside is the base of the storage are 2 loose pieces of board which can be removed and felt flimsy. Doubt this can hold many items as it will start to bend in the middle. Fabric covering in the inner storage had two torn holes the size of my thumb exposing the wood inside. Could be a mistake from the factory during assembly.
