Bought this chair about 2 weeks ago. Quality is not bad but the handle is a bit low. It would be good if the handle side is a bit tall. Overall I am satisfied on my recent purchased.

My husband best Christmas present
My husband was having a back problem and had problem sitting on his usual bean bag. I got him this chair and placed it in our bedroom.he was overjoyed when he can sit on this chair and enjoy his TV programme. He mentioned this is the best present for him

Very comfortable recliner. Easy to operate. Easy to clean. My mother needed a recliner to that she can relax in a recline position, avoiding acid reflux, as compared to laying flat on her back.

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Calista Koh, Matthew Lok, Hazel Heen, Leon whom I had spoken to as well as the 2 delivery men regarding my order for the Rasco Recliner (PU Dark Grey). My mother liked the recliner very much and used it for her recent mastectomy. It was indeed very comfortable, lightweight, affordable and easy to recline. Even my family members and neighbours who tried it also said very comfortable. Highly recommended for everyone planning to buy a manual recliner.
