Good quality bed
Good quality box bed with a decent price tag. The base of the box has a wood ply wrapped in cloth which is good better than my earlier purchase online which only had cloth.!

Product was delivered timely.Bed was elegantly and beautiful designed and presented, However, the hydraulic for lifting the bed failed. Customer Service was neither helpful nor thoughtful when arranging a separate date for the defects as i have also ordered other furniture that were faulty. In terms of logistics and productivity it just fair poorly and adds a negative experience,

Terrible spring loader
Storage bed as a gift for my mother received on the 30th December 2020. I got home and check out the bed and found that the bed seems to be faulty on the hydraulic loader. Need a lot of strength to lift up the bed. I don't encourage my mum (73 years old) to lift up the bed due to safety hazards. In the first place, anyone from your good office actually inspects and evaluate the item before launch the product online? It's damaging the reputation and trust. Quality and Safety is always place number 1 to your consumers. This would be my first and my last to purchase from fortytwo.
