Drawers were delivery promptly and assembled quickly. Love this cute drawer!

Had the first delivery which i notice multiple scratches on the cupboard thus the call center arranged for an exchanged and the second cupboard came. As the delivery man came he inspect the first cupboard and to my horror he used a white marker to mark off the scratches to conceal the fact. He then proceed to set up the second cupboard which was also not of conditions as the cupboard does not align or close fully. As i was checking he made nasty comments which i was offended. Never getting it again.

Pretty good buy
The chest of drawers is good value for money for the price I paid. There are only two complains for the manufacturer to improve. Firstly the drawers alignment could be better. The lines between drawers and the main body should try to be as even as possible. Secondly at times the drawers do not go in all the way at first push. There seem to be some air behind the drawers. I got to give another hard push for it to go in.

It exceeded my expectation at how sturdy the item is.
Delivery was punctual.
It was fixed in a jiffy.
The only concern is the smell of the material. Isnt the wood kinda smell and takes lotsa wipes to diminish the scent. -
