Received the item in good order. Used the item for a day and had to return it . A plastic ring below the foot rest also keeps falling off. The base is very light, as a result the chair is not very stable. The depth of the seat is also narrow for me and I personally did not find it comfortable. The customer service at Forty Two were very helpful thou and handled the no questions asked return of the item very professionally. Delivery and pick up of the item was punctual.

Value for money - though very light bottom
Even though the article is very nice in terms of looks/appearance however the bottom is very light and there is always a risk of tripping over if not careful. Otherwise material may not seems sturdy but should last for couple of years.

Excellent product.Light weight yet durable.

Good for that price
It looks comfortable and classy. Initially it took quite an amount of effort for the chair to be adjusted down. However, I managed to the top and bottom to be attached properly with some help from others. The chair can be adjusted up and down effortlessly now.
