Staff fix it on the spot. Chair a bit high up even adjust to the lowest. Actually quite uncomfortable for long duration on the chair. Materials used a bit lousy. Quite disappointed.

First look when it arrive, It sure looks like it worth $180-250 range.
Feels sturdy when first seated on it but cannot commend about the wheels durability as that is the most likely to spoil over time.
Definitely a good buy and will purchase this model infuture.
