More form than substance
Product looks great, but performance wise, has been somewhat lacking. A few of the components seemed old (one was even rusty), and when assembled, it felt 'loose' and not as solid as I'd imagined it would be. Certainly not the chairs I've come across in other offices. This chair may be suitable for those who are on a budget and do not have high expectations.

Utterly disappointed with the product. Quality wise, it’s as though the manufacturer completely skipped the QC. The black plastic material is rubbish. Meshes are fine but the overall finishing I just bad.
