Product quality : Plastic part at bottom of chair leg fell off during delivery. Delivery person left chair outside my door and thereafter made a second trip up to my unit before leaving my estate, all of which I pieced together what happened after moving the chair into my apartment and saw it fell off again. Saw the same flaw of this chair in another review. Hope FortyTwo can push manufacturer to improve quality of a seemingly popular product.

Extremely commendable design of e-commerce experience and customer interface. Fast reaction to adapt delivery sms to a no-contact communication with customer shows nimble/timely reaction to current situation that protects delivery personnel and customer alike. -
It's all good, exect the glue on the leg pads
The product looks great and it's good value, but the glue from the silicon leg pads was leaking out, probably melted during transport.
Also, contacted customer support to request for maintenance instructions but didn't get much from them. -
