After about 3 weeks or so, there was a crack sound when I sat on it. Emailed FortyTwo and Sabrina Ong replied in less than 30mins to inform that there will be a one for one replacement of the chair, without even asking for more information. Replacement chair came the next day.
Good after sale service. -
