The product came in a air - tight seal, in a sealed up box. Neat and tidy, the topper had no defects and felt really good. This is my second purchase, i first bought a super single size topper and realized it worked for my backache. So i bought this for my grandparents as well! Highly recommended. This could be the perfect gift for christmas!
